Our Multi-lingual Team holds more than 10 years experience working directly within a range of Early Years Services and the British curriculum. Ranging from volunteer social work with disadvantaged children to teaching in exclusive private academies around the world, Catarina and Adeline are two qualified Early Years practitioners with a real passion for childcare.
Adeline
A busy mum of two boys, Adeline´s view on childcare changed radically when she became a mother. Suddenly, she was in the shoes of the parent instead of the teacher, and felt the connection to her career change as she navigated the complex balance of motherhood and work life. Little Tribe was born in the midst of the pandemic, with the simple wish to create a small intimate space for children to learn safely and to support the needs of working parents.
With qualifications in Special Educational Needs, Child Protection and Children´s Services alongside Paediatric First aid training, Adeline´s range of expertise goes beyond the classroom. A feel for first time parents need for connection is what pushes her to offer an exclusive and detail oriented childcare service.
Adeline speaks Fluent English, French and Spanish.
Catarina
A true empath, Catarina has the capacity to make any child feel at ease and safe in their learning environment. With a true knack for upcycling, craft work and a huge imagination, she is the pillar of our curriculum. Her eye for detail makes the transition from home to school as smooth as possible and keeps our families confident that their child is learning in the most creative classroom!
With qualifications including a degree in Elementary education alongside a Montessori course and Paediatric First aid training, Catarina gives children the opportunity to learn at their own pace, respecting their boundaries yet challenging them to think for themselves.
